CPV is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing high quality thermoplastic tanks for water, chemical and corrosive media storage and has been since the early 1960's. This broad experience together with CPV's range of thermoplastic pipe work systems ensures that CPV remains a market leader in the design and manufacture of aggressive media storage and handling systems.

The CPV-Bulk ranges of thermoplastic storage tanks and vessels are designed and manufactured to customer specifications in a range of thermoplastic materials, including polypropylene, polyethylene and PVDF and can be supplied complete with full documentation including CAD drawings and certification. CPV-Bulk tanks are designed and manufactured in accordance with BS EN 12573, which ensures the safe containment of the media. CPV-Bulk cylindrical tanks are not restricted by height or diameter and offer the most economical configuration, typically in capacities up to 25,000 litres. CPV can offer tanks of rectangular or special shaped construction, as required.

CPV-Bulk tanks offer a lightweight and easy to install solution with low maintenance costs and a long service life. Tanks are hydrostatically tested and all welded joints are spark tested.
