Pre-insulated Pipe Systems

CPV’s Hiline pre-insulated pipe systems provide a safe and efficient method of transporting media whilst minimising heat loss or gain. The Hiline systems offer an energy efficient solution for a wide range of industrial, commercial and domestic applications.

Hiline pre-insulated pipe systems consists of internal service pipes, factory insulated with a CFC free rigid polyurethane foam. The foam insulation is protected externally by an impervious and abuse resistant, high density polyethylene casing. This tough outer casing ensures that the insulation remains intact and effective, protecting the service pipes and contents whether installed above or below ground.

	Hiline's abuse resistant casing makes it ideal for installation above ground.		Pipework can be pre-fabricated to specific site requirements.		Hiline can be supplied with leak detection and trace heating systems.

Hiline pre-insulated piping is manufactured in accordance with or generally in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 253:2003, pre-insulated bonded pipes for underground hot water networks and in an ISO 9001 compliant environment.
