Pre insulated pipes from CPV-Hiline offer a range of material options and provide a safe and efficient method of transporting media whilst minimising heat loss or gain. Hiline pre insulated pipe systems offer an energy and fuel efficient solution for a wide range of applications such as district heating and biomass, district cooling, industrial, commercial and domestic use.

Hiline pre insulated pipes, predominantly for district heating consist of an internal service pipe, factory insulated with CFC free rigid polyurethane foam. The foam insulation is protected externally by an impervious and abuse resistant, high density polyethylene casing. This tough outer casing ensures that the insulation remains intact and effective, protecting the service pipe and contents whether installed above or below ground.
The Hiline pre insulated pipes system comprises an extensive range of standard pipes and fittings in various service pipe materials. In addition, components can be pre-fabricated and pre-insulated to customer specification.
Hiline pre insulated pipes are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 253, pre-insulated bonded pipes for underground hot water networks and in an ISO 9001 complaint environment.
