The Chemflo system comprises a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings manufactured, as standard in beige grey block copolymer polypropylene (PP-B), homopolymer polypropylene (PP-H), natural polypropylene and PVDF. To complete the system, CPV supplies valves, accessories and tools. Product is available from stock in sizes from 16mm to 400mm and with pressure rating up to PN16. Chemflo ranges are available in socket fusion (inch & metric), butt fusion and electro fusion as well as various mechanical jointing options.
In addition to the standard Chemflo range, CPV also offer special factory assembled fabrications, extrusions and mouldings to client's specifications and manufacture pipe systems from other materials including PP-H, βPP-H and PP-R. All Chemflo products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant international standards for the dimensional, testing and performance requirements of polypropylene and PVDF piping.
