CPV-Zurn pipe and fittings are manufactured from block copolymer polypropylene, which has become the material of choice for engineers specifying chemical and corrosive waste drainage systems. Polypropylene can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +110°C and is resistant to most organic and mineral acids, alkalis, alcohols and salt solutions.
The CPV-Zurn system is working for customers in a wide variety of laboratory applications in schools, universities and hospitals as well as medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, biotechnology research facilities. The same system has also been used in many production facilities including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, abattoirs, photographic processing, water treatment as well as pickling and etching of metals.

The CPV-Zurn drainage system has been specifically designed for the safe conveyance and containment of laboratory and chemical effluents. A completely new approach to the problems of laboratory and chemical waste design, CPV-Zurn offers one comprehensive range of pipes and fittings that can be either electro-fused or mechanically jointed by the simple expedient of changing fitting 'olives'.
In addition to the standard range of CPV-Zurn products, CPV are able to offer neutralisation/interceptor tanks, special bespoke fabricated components as well as providing 'off-site' prefabricated assemblies as required.
